Artificial Intelligence for Everyone
Move from AI awareness to sound judgment in everyday work.
01 / The approach
A general introduction to AI is not enough to change work. People need to try tools and procedures on tasks relevant to their roles, learning to frame requests, assess responses, and recognize what they cannot delegate.
We design practical activities for different functions and levels. Exercises combine opportunity, limits, source quality, and responsibility for decisions, using examples consistent with organizational rules.
02 / How it works
Choose the tasks
Identify recurring activities and points where AI can assist without losing control.
Try and verify
Compare outputs, check data and sources, and correct errors or omissions.
Share practices
Make procedures, examples, and criteria for responsible use explicit across the team.
03 / What to observe
Quality of requests and context
Verification of sources and outputs
Recognition of limits and risks
Transfer to daily work
04 / A concrete example
A real work task
A team uses AI to summarize information for an operational decision. Members compare the summary with source material, identify unsupported statements, and revise the document for its audience. This is an exercise example to build around the organization’s data and rules.
05 / How to tailor it
Audience, use cases, approved tools, permitted data, language, level, and checking criteria are defined together. Learning can combine guided sessions, online practice, and coaching.
