A question, a route, or a voice can offer different ways into the same story.
01 / The Solution
Visitors arrive with different knowledge, languages, and interests. The same gallery is a first encounter for a family, a research visit for a student, a return for a regular. One route and one label cannot serve them all.
Visitor Explorations lets each visitor pick a theme, examine an object, and ask questions, while the historical or scientific thread stays clear and the sources traceable. A conversational guide, on the visitor’s phone, on a totem, or in the gallery, supplements curators, educators, and interpreters rather than replacing them: its knowledge base, languages, and response limits are set and reviewed with the institution. Where the institution wants it, aggregate feedback on routes and questions helps curators improve the experience, with explicit configuration, transparency, and visitor safeguards.
Delivered on smartphones, totems, and gallery displays, in galleries, archives, and less visible collections; in the visitor’s language. Each institution selects sources, depth, languages, and available interaction modes.

Start with audiences
Collect the questions visitors actually ask, their needs and visit goals, and the content that deserves several entry points: a theme, an object, a person, a place.
